They deserve 40 years and the kids who looked the other way should be punished as well.

There's a lot here left unsaid... I withhold judgement until get details, 6:37. Mental patients commonly engage in deviant behavior. That's why they are in "homes" and "treatment". DUH They will get off on an an insanity plea in seconds. So, where's the story here?

Read the entire article 6:37... Where would a 10 year old learn this behavior? From the parent, or lack of parenting (i.e. now supervising tv shows/video games). All of the parents are also being investigated by CPS. Should actually be an interesting case to watch.

7:46 it said special needs not mentally impaired. in case you been living under a rock for the last 15 years special needs is code for all the free government handouts! Go tell the government you kid has special needs becasue they are to lazy to learn and you as a parent are to lazy to do you job as a parent and your kid now becomes special and you get a multitude of handouts from all the taxpaying citizenry. Go to any local school in the country and see who quilfies as special needs and educate yourself! I know Naw leans has to be very happy when most of them were moved to houston and decided to stay there!
