Okay, okay, leave off the name calling.
However, Joe, I realize pictures attract attention, but could you stop posting a picture of her? She lives for the attention and the face/name recognition. You are only helping her, giving her what she wants.
You don't think this petition was about the people and democracy, do you?
It was all about "me, me, me."
She is really annoying, too.
I honestly believe Ms. Mitchell did not start the petition drive to benefit the citizens of Salisbury, but rather to garner attention for herself. I also honestly believe she had no idea what the true import of the charter amendment was and no idea how it would affect city government.

anonymous 8:12, don't think for a second Barrie Tilghman, Mike Dunn, Lynn Cathcart and Jim Ireton weren't the master minds behind the drive.
They are trying to regain the City of Salisbury and this would HURT them in a very big way.
Remember now, all those developer reimbursements in the millions, Council knew nothing and certainly they kept Debbie away from any knowledge. The old mall tif, the wwtp, the new $14,000,000.00 Fire Palace and the list goes on and on.
They want business as usual and my guess is they want Mike Dunn leading the charge for Salisbury's next Mayor.
They are FOOLS to think they would ever gain the votes to make that happen. NOT with Salisbury News around. They tried shutting me down, I fought them and I'll fight them again.
