DATE & TIME: Friday November 25, 2011 at 2303 hours
INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct

SYNOPSIS:On the above date and time Fruitland Officers responded to 300 Poplar Street for a report of a fight at that location. Upon arrival, officers observed a large crowd that had gathered and observed the above listed suspects acting in a disorderly manner and refusing to halt that behavior. Officers gave several orders to the suspects to leave the area and cease their behavior and neither would comply. Both suspects were arrested and transported to WCDC.

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS:On the above date and time Fruitland Officers were contacted by PRMC staff regarding a patient that had been assaulted at 300 Poplar Street by the above named suspect. Officers learned that the suspect approached the victim and threw a cup full of bleach into the victim’s eyes, potentially causing serious injury. Officers obtained a Warrant for the suspect’s arrest and on November 29, 2011 an officer located the suspect at the same address. Upon placing the suspect under arrest, the suspect became combative and resisted arrest, causing a crowd to gather. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to WCDC in a vehicle equipped with a prisoner restraint barrier.
