that's what he gets for not questioning it. $110,000 doesn't just appear in your bank account from the money fairy. i don't think he deserves jail time but he should certainly have to pay it back.
IRS screws up and he goes to jail. He should have known it wasn't his money.
They would have found me in Hawaii on one hell of a vacation.
My butt would have been on a plane to Europe or South America.... sayin Bye Bye to everyone for good
