Bachmann: “Scare Tactics” in Debt Ceiling Issue

On the eve of her entry into the 2012 GOP presidential race, Rep. Michele Bachmann said "scare tactics" are being used by those warning of an economic calamity unless Congress raises the government's borrowing limit by an August deadline.

Yah except the death panels and socialist takeover are real.
Fact is we can service the debt with the revenues going in tot he government every day.
The scare tactics are just like what the local and state governments do. Pass my tax increase or I'll cut the number of cops. (But we'll keep the other nonsense programs going)

This is the oldest game in the world. I dealt with these same tactics duing 11 years of Collective Bargaining for MD State Employees. This is the same tactic used by Employers and anybody else in the so - called position of power. Republicans should always be prepared for these tactics with a counter and they are not. WHY?
