ACTUAL VOICE OF GENERAL Mc ARTHUR NEVER BEEN SHOWN TO GENERAL PUBLIC BEFORE

Japanese Surrender- Amazing Footage Sept 2, 1945...

This is a 'must see' for the WWII history buff or anyone interested in history.
Interesting the other signers to the document, from New Zealand/Australia to Europe/Russia.

This is an actual film made of the surrender ceremony of the Japs to McArthur in Tokyo Bay in September 1945.
Actual voice of the Gene ral. Never been shown to the general public before.

We always saw the "stills" but never the film itself.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say here. This is not rare footage and has been seen by millions of people many times. I have heard Gen. McArthur's voice many times, as well. I have seen footage of him addressing Congress as well as the Corps of Cadets at West Point, all including audio.

It's the 'Conditional Surrender' part that was to be kept under wraps. The American people were to believe it was Unconditional Surrender.
