We need to pray that the prosecution will secure a conviction. It appears the public defenders office is pulling out all stops.
His lawyer is sure trying to keep the evidence out. I sure hope the utmost care was used in all the evidence gathering and handling.

That's their job. Everyone is entitled to due process. If they did nothing he could win an appeal and this could drag on forever.
