No matter how much you pay for a phone, they are all still crap!! Can't wait for my contract to expire so i can get rid of my ridiculous $80/month plan :(

Cant use it in my car anymore unless i buy more equipment have been using it for the last 10 years and never had a problem!!People just need to learn to drive!!!!!

The contracts.

I would love to see a no contract, truly unlimited data (with laptop tethering), good nationwide coverage and a good amount of minutes and texts for around $60/mo. I'd buy the phone at retail no problem if I didn't have a contract that locks me in.

people talking on the phone while trying to order or pay for an item at any of the businesses around the area. hang up, do your business, leave, go about your business.

The rudeness of the people using them!

I'm too accessible. Now I have to say my battery died or something that nobody believes. Sometimes I just don't want to be found.

People who think they can drive properly while on the phone and texting. You can't! If you could only follow yourself. Pull off the road and take or make that important call.

Where do I start!!!!!!!! People that talk on speakerphone in public! The fact that I can talk on the phone and drive at the same time. Why do I have to be punished because other people can't drive. They can't drive even if they aren't talking on the phone. People that raise the volume level of their voice when they are on the phone.

When they are in use!

11:46 you are one of the a holes that need to retake your driving test i have been driving for 27 years and never had an accident and use my phone all the time!

Let's see I think the worst offenders are those that talk and let there cell phones ring: in Church, Dr offices, bingo, cashier lines, libraries etc.

Having a cell phone go off during a funeral!! It has happened so many times. Do you realize how disrespectful that is? Unfortunately I lost my parents too close together and at both services someone's stupid phone went off. I was pissed. It has happened at other funerals or viewings I have attended. If you are going to someone's funeral or viewing, please leave your phone in the car.

I hate when people use phones while shopping. I get so sick of hearing about somebody's brother's cousin who is sleeping with Billy Bob. It is ridiculous. I mean seriously I don't care. Put the phone down, do what you gotta do and then gossip elsewhere.

Anybody tha says that they can talk on the phone and drive safely at the same time is no better than the fools that claimssen, Oh, I don't have a drinking problem, as they stagger out to their car to kill somebody.

12:17 - you're one of the stupid ones who "think" they can talk on their phone and drive.
You've been lucky but your luck WILL run out one of these days and it might just be when you've KILLED somebody because of a phone call!

When in stores, Dr offices, etc just leave it in the car and check it for calls when you get back in your car.

AGREED!

i also hate having a conversation with someone and they decide to pull out and answer their phones while you are in the middle of a conversation with them.

Like the previous poster,I dislike the very bad manners some phone users have. And thanks to the "Obama-phone" more rude people are using them in more places.Dont disturb the doctors office when they have posted a sign asking you not to bring in your phone,PLEASE!
Dont hold up the line behind you in a store because you are on the cell phone trying to figure out who wants what at the store.Just last week I had a guy in front of me babbling on his phone and when the cashier summoned me to come ahead of him,he gave me a dirty look and jumped ahead of me.I dont care about your baby cousins sisters baby daddy or your drug deals you are dumb enough to make on the phone in front of people or any of your other drama.
And ruder is when you have company at your home and they spend the entire visit texting someone else.I have told people to leave the phone at home next time they come or dont come at all.

Most of these complaints are about the PEOPLE that use them, not about the phones themselves.

People are rude...people are stupid!

Police can pull you over for a dirty winshield or back glass or dirty headlights or taillights or just about anything.

The fact that they exist.

the fact that we seemed to get along fine before them
