Narrative:
On the evening of 8-19-10, an individual entered the Duck Inn, 607 Lynnhaven Dr,
Pocomoke City, threatened the store clerks with a handgun, and robbed the store.

The suspect received an disclosed amount U.S. Currency and fled the area on
foot.

The Worcester County Bureau of Investigations was notified and responded to
assume the investigation.

Through investigation, Detectives from The Worcester County Bureau of
Investigations identified Wayne Franklin Tyler Jr, as the perpetrator who
committed this offense. Tyler was located and has been arrested. He is charged
with Armed Robbery, and several related offenses. Tyler was held at the
Worcester County Jail on $250,000 bond.

The Duck Inn Store, was again robbed at gunpoint the following Friday (August
27, 2010) and The Worcester County Bureau of Investigations, is also
investigating that robbery also and are asking the public, if anyone has any
