On September 11, 2010 at approximately 12:24 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the area of Newton St. for the report of an assault. Upon arrival the officers met with a male victim who had been assaulted in his facial area. The officers located the suspect (listed below) and it was revealed that both parties had been involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, the suspect kicked the victim in the facial area causing an injury to the victim’s left eye. The victim was transported to the Peninsula Regional Medical Center for treatment and was released.

On September 11, 2010 at approximately 2:45 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart Department Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that store employees had observed the below listed suspect take baby items and hardware from the store without any attempts at payment. The property was recovered and returned to the store.

On September 11, 2010 at approximately 5:55 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Sears Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that store employees had observed the below listed suspect take clothing and shoes from the store without any attempt at payment. The items were recovered and returned to the store.

On September 11, 2010 at approximately 8:48 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Centre at Salisbury for the report of an attempted strong-armed robbery.
Upon arrival the officers met with a juvenile male victim who advised that while in the food court area of the Centre at Salisbury, he was approached and surrounded by four suspects that were unknown to him. The suspects demanded his hat and U.S. Currency. The suspect attempted to take the property from the victim then fled from the area on foot. The victim was not injured and no weapons were displayed. No property was taken from the victim. Security Officers from the Centre located the below listed suspects, who were positively identified as two of the suspects involved in the attempted robbery. The investigation is continuing as to the identity of the remaining two suspects.

On September 12, 2010 at approximately 3:35 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart Department Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised the officers that store employees had observed the below listed suspect take items from the store without attempting to make payment. The items were recovered and retuned to the store.
