Two Men Arrested For Copper Thefts




Location: Rt 18, Cannon Street, 2 miles south of Bridgeville, Sussex County, DE
Date of Occurrence: Tuesday June 1st to 5th, 2010
Suspects:
Brian M. Williams, 29, Gaithersburg, MD
Todd D. Taylor, 33, Laurel, MD

Resume:
Delaware State Police have arrested to men in connection to theft of copper in a vacant warehouse.

Troopers arrested Williams on Saturday June 5th after state police received a call about a suspicious person. When troopers arrived they took Williams into custody in a vacant warehouse located on Rt 18 south of Bridgeville. Taylor was apparently was on the property but eluded capture in the large building.

The two men allegedly entered the warehouse over a five day period and damaged electrical and air conditioning equipment and removed copper wire and tubing from same. The men stole approximately $2,000 of copper but cause over $70,000 worth of damage while committing the thefts.

Taylor turned himself into troopers at Troop 4 in Georgetown on Monday June 7th.

Both men were charged with 5 counts of Burglary 3rd, 5 counts of Possession of Burglary Tools, 8 counts of Criminal Mischief and Conspiracy 2nd.

Williams was committed to the Department of Correction in default of $18,500 bail.

Taylor was released on $21,000 bail.

most likely hillbilly heroin AKA: oxycotin/oxycodone. I would bet they addicted to heroin or pills or both!! Meth hasn't struck hard here YET! but just wait!
