"Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek says his cancer is "near remission" after "mind-boggling" chemo results

What is "mind-boggling"? This good news from "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek.

The game show star says he is "near remission" less than three months after announcing his diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer — an illness with a five-year survival rate of only 9 percent. Trebek called his positive response to chemotherapy "kind of mind-boggling."

"The doctors said they hadn't seen this kind of positive result in their memory," Trebek told People, adding that some of his tumors "have already shrunk by more than 50 percent."

Money can buy you the best doctors and the best treatment available.
The rest of us need to make our final arrangements.

Got to hand it to him, no matter what the eventual outcome is. He is working right through his treatments. No wallering in self pity. No "why me Lord?" No complaining about his fate. Just doing what gives his life meaning, like he always has. He is an excellent example of how all of us should live our lives, and how to face adversity and mortality with dignity.

Tell that to Patrick Swayze.

Like they said, the best available. Swayze died ten years ago, when the best wasn't very good at all.

He is a very convincing salesman for chemotherapy, which is poison.
Literally

He poisoned himself to become well.

We all know theres a cure for Cancer. But if we were to cure everyone then why would we need all the Dr's,Cancer Centers etc. ? It's all a money game to line their pockets. Just like with the Pain Pill's not only did the big companies make money. Look at what the Drs. Made off it !

If there was a cure-all for cancer, you would have to believe that NO wealthy person would ever die of it. But that's just not the case. Even the wealthy can't buy immortality. If it was there, they would have it. Actually, we all know there isn't a cure-all for cancer. The money game is to make as much money as possible from people desperate to live a while longer, at any cost.
