We've diversified ourselves into a hole, yet keep digging as if there's an otherwise unattainable treasure at the bottom.
We need diversity! If we don't have lots of Mexicans, queers, Indians and others so we can have fun insulting them.
Yes, let's choose the less qualified with the least potential, celebrate it as progress, and see how well that goes for us.
