Attorneys for a former Florida election official are trying to convince a federal judge that she was unfairly “targeted” by outgoing Gov. Rick Scott.
Brenda Snipes was in a federal court Monday asking U.S. District Judge Mark Walker to reinstate her as elections supervisor for Broward County.
Walker did not rule during the nearly two-hour hearing, but he did raise questions about whether Snipes was given a chance to defend herself against allegations made by Scott.

Didn't she retire and then came back. That is an indication to me that she doesn't know what she wants and being in charge of a Florida election is too much responsibility for her - let alone her alledged criminal actions. She should be on trial for fraud.
incompetent.
This turd needs to be in JAIL!
No way!!! That should never happen!
Brenda, Try liars poker down at the home.
She was "targeted" because she was the one in charge and the irregularities were huge, all of them paving the way for Democrats.
What she needs is to be the subject of an official investigation, and not be on administrative leave while it's happening.
she couldn't run a dog pound
Wow. This CORRUPT BITCH gets 6 figure pension. Now she wants her job back?? I wish the new Governor puts her as in JAIL. Blacks are so freaking STUPID. You get put into a position you can't do because of your FACE. You break federal and state voting laws. Instead of you going to JAIL. They let you retire with 6 figure pension. Then you got the BALLS to sue for your job BACK?? This BITCH should be LOCKED UP.
