Eastern Shore Trapping Bid Packets Now Available
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is currently accepting bids for the 2018-2019 trapping season at several wildlife management areas on the Eastern Shore.

these are public lands and should be open to everyone. Don't understand how maryland auctions off the rights to hunt or trap on these state lands (owned by the public) for personal use. So the rich get a pass and the poor get crap! total BS! same for those with waterfront property get a pass on using bait traps and large commercial crab traps. when the average smuck who isn't rich enough to own waterfront property has to chicken neck it! typical for a socialist/communist state!
