He has to invest effort in Washington - after all, he is building a resume for a run at a national office.
I totally agree. He's made it his job to sue his own State at every turn instead of defending it. He needs to be replaced by anything. A stick and a rock could do a better job.
Snowflakes will still vote him in due to their blindness and lack of ambition to accomplish anyhting
If he were my employee, he'd be looking for another job.
