"The" restaurant The Red Hen in Lexington VA is closed until July 5th. I don't know the reason. There were protesters out in front of it yesterday. It's terrible what that owner did because even if you don't agree with the President all the owner Stephanie Wilkeerson's actions did was hurt her own employees. She is not only a nasty woman she is an incredibly ignorant one too.
Stupid is as stupid does....
She should be allowed to throw out anyone she wants.
She also deserves to pay a hefty price for petty virtue signalling.
Not only hurt her "workers", but also the town. They are a laughing stock and she is the cause.

Restaurants are considered to be 'public accommodations' so arbitrarily throwing people out who are already seated is 'iffy', at best. The stupid owner in VA just alienated at least half of her past and potential patrons.
And Democrats kept throwing people out until passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Southern Democrats voted against it and only the votes of Republicans permitted LBJ to sign it.
