Well I'd Be In Jail For Life

This is actually scary.

Free speech is a fragile and unique thing, that should be protected.

People rally under the "hate speech" is not free speech, but they are misguided. Distasteful though it may be, ideas MUST be flushed out in the marketplace of ideas.

Having freedom and liberty comes at the cost of being offended.

Somewhere along the way, we have lost the ability to disagree, yet still be civil with one another. I think if we start there, establish common ground, then the world can begin to move in a better direction.

Well, might not be a bad thing for me. I live alone and a very senior person who can't afford caregivers or assisted living. I mess up on when to take my meds and won't be long before I won't be able to drive to grocery store. Prison is sounding better every day because everthing is done and paid for for free. And what words I use are nothing compared to what is shouted in prison. I am also deaf without hearing aid, so what is said won't bother me.
