President Trump used a Saturday morning tweet to emphasize his conviction that school shootings will end if we train and arm school teachers and staff.
Trump proposed arming teachers on February 21 and has reiterated the proposal every day since.
On the 21st he suggested arming “20 percent” of public school teachers, and on the 22nd he stressed that first responders are “5 to 8 minutes away,” but teachers can shoot sickos “immediately.”

Its a shame WCBOE doesn't try and source material from local suppliers, more often, since these companies and their employees pay county property taxes.
The President is watching too many action movies. Armed teachers MAY stop shooters and provide some deterrence to a shooter choosing that school, but let's not get carried away and say that no shooters will ever shoot.
Heres whats funny. He saod teachers are very smart and they love thier studemts. Watch how these words change when the debate comes to more school funding. Teachers will then bw lazy scum lookimg for handouts
Teachers will be outgunned
Exactly.
Doesnt address the issue of this happening everywhere

How would teachers be "out gunned" if they are armed?
They are presently "out gunned" because if the culprit has a gun, then he has more guns than all of the teachers combined.
Am I a genius, or am I surrounded by idiots?
Geez

Well, while you sit on your ass and complain, some people are trying to do something to stop this insanity.
You wouldn't know a well thought out ANYTHING, even if it slapped your stupid face.
We already have enough of people like you who will not do anything, besides hiding outside.

You are not surrounded, but there are plenty that are within arms reach, unfortunately.
