Police said officers responding to a call of a woman screaming early Thursday cut their headlights and crept behind a home in the 3900 block of Dolfield Ave. There, the officers saw a man over the body of Ranarda Williams, 35. He fled into a nearby garage but was caught and taken into custody.
Williams was taken to a hospital, where she died. She had been strangled, police said.
Col. Stanley Brandford said the suspect gave multiple names, but after consulting with federal immigration officials, police determined that he was 21-year-old Elias Josael Jimenes Avardo. Police said he was in the country illegally, but they have little other information about his background. On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer on Avardo.

Thank a democrat. Both victims are African Americas so the African American community who overwhelmingly votes for democrats can also congratulate themselves for having a hand in the deaths of these women.
Definitely the blame lies with the black community and their penchant for electing democrats in Baltimore City. Because of them Baltimore City is a sanctuary city so those who vote for the democrats are equally as guilty for these deaths as the murderer himself is. Like that city doesn't have enough problems and the elected officials allow illegals to roam without fear of being locked up. Shame shame on both the residents of Baltimore and the politicians.

These comments are sickening & shows how racist and backwards you people are but are always screaming you are not. Well he get justice in the jail & will be sentenced by his peers, unless the good ol usa puts him in protective custody. Wonder what these comments would have been if it was a innocent white girl who had been tragically killed like this.
