Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 11 August 2016
Location: 500 block of Purnell Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Joseph Owen Ellis, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 11 August 2016 at 1:44 PM a deputy arrested Ellis in connection with an assault. It was reported that Ellis engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend during which he allegedly kicked her in the ribs and grabbed her around her throat. During the investigation the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the victim’s account.
Upon arrest Ellis was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Ellis in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment


Incident: Fugitive
Date of Incident: 11 August 2016
Location: Tyaskin Road, Tyaskin, MD
Suspect: James Edward Fisher, 35, Delmar, DE
Narrative: On 11 August 2016 at 4:30 PM a deputy encountered James Fisher who had been sought on two District Court Bench Warrants since March 2016. The warrants were issued when Fisher failed to appear for a Theft case and a Driving Revoked case.
The deputy placed Fisher under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Fisher in the Detention Center on a total bond of $4,000.00.
Charges: Failure to Appear


Incident: Escape
Date of Incident: 12 August 2016
Location: 800 block of Booth Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: John Smith Charles, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2016 at 9:37 AM a deputy located John Charles in the 800 block of Booth Street and took him into custody on an arrest warrant for Escape 2nd Degree. The warrant was obtained after Charles did not report to the Detention Center on 23 July 2016 to begin serving a period of incarceration imposed in a Rogue and Vagabond case.
The deputy transported Charles to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Charles without bond in the Detention Center.
Charges: Escape 2nd Degree


Incident: DUI
Date of Incident: 12 August 2016
Location: Salisbury Boulevard at Naylor Mill Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Robert J. More, 38, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2016 at 10:39 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Robert More after the deputy observed More make a left turn against a red signal narrowly avoiding a collision with a vehicle that had the right of way with the green signal. The deputy initiated a stop of More who continued on Naylor Mill Road, pulled into the Burger King parking lot and did not stop until reaching the drive through order board.
Upon making contact with More, the deputy immediately observed indicators that included a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that suggested More was under the influence of alcohol. The deputy conducted field sobriety testing which More performed poorly on which caused the deputy to place More under arrest.
During subsequent processing More refused to submit to a breath test. The deputy transported More to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released More on $5,000.00 unsecured bond.
Charges: Failure to Stop for Red Signal and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol


Incident: Fugitive
Date of Incident: 14 August 2016
Location: Ocean Gateway at Friendship Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Antonio Hoberto Diaz-Juarez, 29, District Heights, MD
Narrative: On 14 August 2016 at 4:35 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Antonio Diaz-Juarez for speeding on Ocean Gateway in the Pittsville area. Upon making contact with Diaz-Juarez, the deputy discovered that Diaz-Juarez not only was operating his vehicle without a valid license, he was also being sought on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he did not appear for a DUI case back in November 2015 in Prince George’s County, MD.
The deputy arrested Diaz-Juarez on the outstanding bench warrant and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Diaz-Juarez on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Failure to Appear

I seldom view this mess because I have no interest or contact with the individuals photographed. But, have you ever noticed that the accused seem to look like they belong to the part they have played. Of course they are innocent until whatever.

Imagine that, an illegal alien caught again in Wicomico County. No License to drive and no insurance. These are the ones that typically kill and innocent family with that 3500lb weapon.

Yeah and the sad part is that he is released without any bail. I don't understand how anyone with a failure to appear could be released again without any bail. Its obvious that if they didn't bother to appear the first time then they won't appear the second. Especially if they are an illegal alien.

Yeah that is Speed Racer from ECI. This is not his first DUI. He should be fired from his job and put in jail. he thinks like the Clinton's he is above the law.
