Federal judge blocks Obama transgender bathroom directive for schools

A U.S. federal judge on Sunday granted an injunction sought by 13 states that were pushing to block Obama administration guidance mandating that transgender students be allowed to use the bathroom of their choice.

Reed O'Connor, a judge for the Northern District of Texas, said in a decision late on Sunday and announced on Monday that the Obama administration did not follow proper procedures when announcing the guidance.

Texas led the lawsuit against the White House, which was filed in late May, charging the Obama administration was working "to turn workplace and educational settings across the country into laboratories for a massive social experiment."

You know what really bothers me about this? if nothing was said we wouldn't be having this discussion. Since true transgender people. People who have had their genitalia swamped! what's the issue! You wouldnt even notice. This is an intentional distraction to create dissension, hostility, Incite racism, riots & violence. For what? protecting demented perverts? This is a an evil ploy to disrupt a simple solution! who freaking cares! it's the perverts that now maybe allowed to oggle, molest, rape or photograph or children?Thats the problem point on this issue. A law for it allows perverts free reign and legal protection. This is why it must be stopped. If you feel otherwise I feel sorry for you. Regardless of what you say is between your legs. The physical attributes should dictate bathroom policy! This time it really is for the children but obviously the left cannot play this fiddle for this?? Any adult who felt uncomfotable or approached in this kind of situation. They would probably punch somebody in the face. Kids can do that!!

That is bold for a sitting judge to disagree with this guidance.
Hope he knows what he is doing. (Has security)

Thank GOD a judge that has not been threatened by the president. This is wrong and should never be allowed. If a person doesn't know what sex they are, maybe they should first go to a doctor to find out and then use the bathroom corresponding to their body parts. Anything else should be illegal and morally indecent. Our children which are normal deserve much better than this freak of a president is trying to ram down our throats.

This is how freedom was established in this country. By a few good men standing up for what is right even though it may bring them ridicule or even death.
