Report: Family of Del. Teen Beaten At School Questions Autopsy

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A spokeswoman for the family of a teen who died during a fight in a Delaware high school bathroom says they believe the autopsy results were faulty, according to CBS News Radio affiliate WDEL.

Three teens were charged last week in connection to the death of Amy Joyner-Francis.

One of the teens in the video is charged with criminally negligent homicide. The other two are charged with criminal conspiracy because they didn’t hit Joyner-Francis.

This was just more of the same old black on black crime that takes place in Chicago everyday. Not a word about it from JJ or Al.

The autopsy evidently raised a question of a heart condition, one that could be used in the defense of the attackers. The family stated that the condition was a childhood one and that she was healthy had no after effects.

That is the very first thought I had when I read the report. I would have a second autopsy done if it were my child. There were witnesses who said that more than one person jumped on the deceased and yet after THREE WEEKS of viewing videos only one person ever put their hands on her. How many of these "pack videos" have you seen where only one person is delivering blows. They attack in a pack just like wild dogs and they are all swinging and kicking. I personally do not believe the story coming out now.
