This is an epidemic and these people are the ones who will vote for Bernie Sanders to get more free stuff while you and I pay for it through taxes paid.
11:35 don't try and compare the telephone with this. People weren't tied to their telephone as they are with these phones. Besides there use is for mostly texting anymore and nothing takes the place of verbal communication.
Well if you can't put a phone away long enough to get a haircut, eat a meal, etc then something is wrong with you and you aren't in control of yourself.

Talking to your barber is/was an old tradition. Then again, talking was an old tradition.
It's just a new form of communication...The same complaints were heard when the telephone was invented.
Texting the barber "Take a little more off the top."
