2016 Crisfield Elks Pride Lodge 194 Parade Entry Invitaion

Dear Crisfield Elks Annual Parade Friends and Neighbors:

Congratulations! You have been chosen to be invited to be a part of the Annual Elks Organizational Day Parade, on April 17th 2016.  Our parade continues to be a highlight of our community and of our legacy, and we would not want you to miss it!

This year’s parade line up will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. on April 17th.  This packet contains all of the information you will need to officially enter your organization into the parade. The packet includes the invitation, an entry form, the parade rules and the entry guidelines. Please carefully read all of the information in the packet. We are looking for musical units, floats, drill and cheer teams, equestrian units, clowns, Classic cars, military units, civic groups, cub/boy/girl scout troops, and any other appropriate Parade entities to participate school groups, social clubs/organizations and floats are encouraged and welcome.

Please note, this year we expect to have a large number of entries. We may have to limit entries and therefore will be accepting entries on a first-come first-served basis.  We highly suggest that if your group is interested in participating in the parade, please respond promptly.
