That's a crime - WTF?

Dangerous criminal at least they didn't kill him like the guy in New York. This is what we pay our highly paid police forces to investigate. I feel safer already knowing my tax dollars aren't being wasted. Notice the article didn't even mention if the cigarettes had a tax stamp. So now I guess it is against the law to buy a pack of smokes and sell a few of them to other people but it is ok to sell pot in some states or to kill 6 month old children who haven't left there incubation chamber. This country is becoming more stupid by the day. GOD help us.

Waste of time and money. Big whoop! Man actually selling cigs. Individually. Wow, a murder a day and man sells a single cigarette.

I am a former smoker. I NEVER in my life tried to purchase a single smoke. On the other hand, those that have little what the State has permitted to remain ADDICTED options, were left slivering on the floor by ex Govenor O'Malley as he went for more taxes and no use education.

Make him a President and have a (fool's) ball.

Really? We have a task force to catch an old guy selling single cigs from his car? Christ, I've gotta believe there are bigger fish to fry and worse criminals to track down!
Law enforcement tax dollars being pissed away.

Really? It took the Wilmington Police AND the ATF to bring down this hardened criminal? I guess it is an easy way for them to make a quick buck.
