That'll work, NOT!

I hope it helps , but I certainly doubt it. Entitlement is born in the minds of these youths.
Can't lock em up , too young. Can't do anything because of the race card. Mamma eggs em on and provokes the crime.
No more police , it's over folks.

Why can't the city recommend a place to ride the motorcycles? They surely know that people have them and want to ride them. I am sure there is some city property or some way Jimbo can make a deal with a local land owner and he can look like a savior to work something out to get the motorcycles off the street and in the dirt where they belong. I know they are a nuisance but there aren't many places to ride offroad motorcycles. The main goal should be to get them off the street and give the people something to do. Get local businesses involved like Horner Honda and Delmarva Powersports they sell them.

Totally agree with 4:14 PM, people complain about them but just where are they supposed to ride them. Help solve the problem then it won't be a problem.

Horner Honda is closed for business thank god! All the businesses we've lost, that's not one I'm upset over.

That is fine for the law abiding people that have bike, trailer and truck to drive the bikes to a track or place to ride. That is not the Coverdale crowd and they are not looking for a recreational spot to ride bikes and quads. They use these to run "errands" and elude the police. Most probably don't have or can't get a driver's license. You clearly don't understand what life is like in that part of the city. The same thing goes on in the ghettos of Baltimore and Philadelphia. They ride unregistered dirt bikes/quads in the street, run from the cops and will ditch the bike to get away if needed. Then they go steal one or buy a stolen bike to replace it.

Someone tried to build a track outside Delmar but people who lived more than a mile away fought it and shot it down.

There are so many young black men in Baltimore that have become quad and paraplegics because of these dirt bikes. Many more have died. It's been rumored that Freddie Gray had crashed one some time before he was arrested that day.

New store at the Centre of Salisbury across from the tailor and shoe repair shop. The store sells knives and brass knuckles.....really? Guess that stuff is in demand.

People have to make their own "something to do". It's not the job of the government to entertain the citizens. They should never be in the position to do that let alone take on the responsibility. Let these people pu them on a trailer and take them someplace that they CAN ride them. That's what other people do. Thats what we do.

Look you guys , I have to say something about this issue.
This is the city , we have laws , it's so simple , just obey the law.
Take your ride to the country , maybe you can come down my way 21 miles south on 349 .
We take care of the law here by ourselves , no need to bother Lewis it takes too long to get here.
Come to my world kids !!
