Who raises a billion+ to get a job that pays 400K a year? It just doesn't add up, on the level.

What we need is laws forbidding candidates from using any other monies than what is available to them thru the income tax write in donation of $2.00 per taxpayer.
Just imagine how nice this would be, no more 14 months of TV ads.

What would be even nicer would be for each candidate to be give a set amount of money and once that is gone that's all there is. This would let the American people know who is fiscally responsible

Hillary is a 1% Er.

10:54 AM no she is not. Hillary is a .1% at least.

Definitely. It's worth at least $2.5 billion to hold the job for 4 years. Nobody would make the investment if there wasn't a return waiting for them.

You reap what you sow. Republicans wanted unfettered corporate and PAC campaign financing and they got it. This is simply what you have to do now to compete.

It's a disgrace that she's even allowed to run.

She doesn't need to raise a dime. She'll win with ease!

No,but for another reason;one person can no longer do that job.One person hasn't been able to do that job for many years, but the American voting public has poor logistical skills.Putting ANY ONE PERSON in that position is absurd.Hillary would only be a soccer ball between opposing sides.Multiple leaders with superior political skills would do it and could do it.

The answer to your question is "NO" against her. She may win and probably will , but it does matter. Like the piece I saw here the other day " Obama put America in the toilet , Hillary will do the flushing".
