**Traffic Advisory** Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash, Greenwood

Greenwood, DE – Troopers are currently on the scene of a fatal crash on Nine Foot Road north of Hickman Road (SR16) that occurred around 9:00 a.m.

Preliminary investigation indicates the operator has died as a result of the crash which involves a single vehicle. The State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently on the scene and will assume the investigation.

Nine Foot Road between SR16 and Wheatfield Road is currently closed and commuters are urged to find alternate routes while the investigation continues.

Information regarding the crash will be released later this afternoon.
