A suspect was fatally shot after attacking an NYPD officer with an ax on a Queens street Thursday, police said.
The officer was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition after the attack near Jamaica Avenue and 162nd Street in Jamaica shortly before 2 p.m., police said.

These" lone wolf attacks" worry me. Sooner or later you will see citizens forming groups for mosque destruction. At that point the terrorist will have won because of the total kaos this will cause.
This would not be happening if bladed weapons were not so easy to buy. No background checks or anything.
