Video: Cop Goes Ballistic On Wheelchair-Bound Man
The entire command staff of the police department in Lafayette, Indiana recommended Lt. Tom Davidson be fired for shoving a man in a wheelchair onto the street last year, but the department’s Civil Service Commission decided instead to issue a 30-day suspension and place the officer on supervisory probation for a year.
Police Chief Patrick Flannelly made that revelation Tuesday as he released a dashcam video of the Oct. 1 wheelchair incident, nine months after it happened.
In the video, Lt. Tom Davidson, who has been on the force since 1995, is engaged in a conversation with Nicholas Kincade, 25, who uses a motorized wheelchair.

That cop better be praying that guy doesn't have a big brother (who isn't in a wheelchair). One with a bad temper and a thirst for justice.
He's a real bad-ass, ain't he? A 250 lb. pot-bellied lard ass punk pushing a man down out of his wheelchair is not my idea a man in any way, shape or form. And I am supposed to respect these psychos? I don't think so. What little respect I did have has just evaporated. what kind of a human being would do something like this and then have the gall to tell the victim he is going to jail? I wouldn't have even believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. This POS needs to be arrested and locked up in the psych ward and he should never, ever be allowed to posses a firearm as long as he lives because he is obviously mentally unstable. He and many more like him are a menace to society. What say you, local cop defender? Was this video taken out of context or what ? I anxiously await your defense.

maybe not, but we all can see this ex-lt. is one. even his whole command staff realised that.
7:43 Yeah, and just because a$$holes have badges doesn't mean they aren't crazies. There is absolutely NO excuse for what this pig did. You can defend him until you are blue in the face, but he is still a psycho who isn't even close to being qualified to carry a gun. He should be immediately fired (without severance pay), stripped of his right to carry a firearm forever and prosecuted for assault and battery. He is crazy and drunk on power and does not belong on the street, let alone in uniform and carrying a firearm.
I'd say fire him and no more paycheck.
