Bodenweiser Case Ends In Mistrial

A Sussex County jury was unable to agree on a verdict on any of 15 sex-abuse charges against former state Senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser, so Judge E. Scott Bradley has declared a mistrial in the case.

The jury of eight women and four men deliberated for about two hours June 13 and about seven more hours June 16 before telling Bradley they could not reach a verdict.

The state now has the option to retry the case, drop the charges or offer a plea bargain. Defense attorneys said it could take several months for prosecutors to decide how to proceed.

Money and BIG attorneys get what they want. This guy is a perv. He will see a court room again I am sure. Delaware will not let him walk.
