Same thing occurred to me some years ago....I was written a ticket for "leaving the keys in an unattended vehicle"...boy that pissed me off!
bet you would have been really pissed if someone took your car.
the way the law is worded, i believe you can leave your car running in your own driveway, just not on the street. traffic laws apply only to public streets or private property otherwise used by the public( like parking lots).
no trip to PRMC? must have been the skinny 5'4, 110 pound rookies
