He and Democrats have worked diligently for decades to build their impoverished communities. Detroit, Chicago, L.A. Memphis, Newark, Trenton, NY, just to name a few Democrat controlled urban blighted areas.
If you build it they will come.
The impoverished are already here.They just need somewhere to stay at.
