Redskins, Ravens Make The List Of The Top NFL Moneymakers

WASHINGTON - They didn't beat their rival, the Dallas Cowboys, but the Washington Redskins are No. 3 on the list of the National Football League's most valuable sports teams, according to Forbes.com.

Both the Cowboys and Redskins edged out recent Super Bowl champs, the Baltimore Ravens, on the list. The team comes in at No. 9.

The NFL also continues to be the most lucrative sports league in the world, according to Forbes. The NFL's 32 teams are worth $1.17 billion on average, 5 percent more than last year.
