Former Marine Colonel To Town Council: 'You're Building A Domestic Army, Are You Blind?'

Every day it seems more like the "war on terror" is at home in the U.S. rather than abroad in a foreign country.

Whether it's the NSA denying they scoop domestic communications while their chief tells hackers "we're looking for the terrorist among us," or it's the growing militarization and equipping of domestic police forces, it seems more and more crows keep coming home to roost.

Well, one former Marine colonel, Peter Martino, has had about enough.

Put the pieces together--the ammunition grab by the government, the food hoarding by the government, the ceaseless efforts to disarm citizens, getting people depending on the government for basic life necessities-food housing- and now medical care thanks to Obama Care...I long ago told my husband I am waiting for the start of "Hey--lets get rid of Presidential term limitations", and tah dah! we have a dictator for life.

This is what happens when your local cops have no trust in the citizens. Sad day. The cops have been brain washed like the libtards to not be able to think for themselves.

Excellent find Joe!!!

The only person responsible for you and your families safety is you. Stop asking for more police, they will not protect you in the event you are confronted with crime.

Learn how to protect yourself or risk becoming a victim.

To many people think it is someone else's position in life to protect them. This is not the case.

I have learned how to deal with an attack with or without a weapon and if a criminal puts me into a position where by I have to die defending my life and my families life to the death with my bare hands I will not hesitate to make that sacrifice. But I will not be a complacent victim and I am certainly not waiting for the police.

This article is not obscure. I have read it earlier elsewhere. But your bravado does not sound genuine. In your mind I'm sure it is, but most people who can do what you claim do not need, or want to advertise it.

But thanks for the chuckle.

I see police as a threat as they crackdown on us with fine cameras. Police increasingly dress like soldiers and carry more firepower. I heard Salisbury is getting an LRAD device.

Soldiers, police, and other armed agents of government, over and over again throughout history, have demonstrated a propensity for violence against whatever citizenry happens to be enraged at any given moment. Don't think that our nation will be any different. They know the tools they will need. And just like many citizens, they are trying to get them in place as fast as possible....
