Epifanio Dominguez- Villa of Spring Texas, arrested 5-18-13 on a warrant for malicious destruction of property. Dominguez-Villa was later released on a $50,000 bond.
Jamar Marquel Tenner of Crisfield, arrested 5-20-13 on a parole retake warrant. Tenner was later held without bond, and turned over to ECI staff.
Rudell Arthur White of Princess Anne, arrested 5-20-13 on a warrant for failing to pay District Court fines. White was later released on personal recognizance.
Derek Anthony Whittington of Westover, arrested 5-20-13 on warrants for reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property, violation of an ex-parte order, and disorderly conduct. Whittington was held on a $50,000 bond.
Joseph Reynold Elliott of Crisfield, arrested 5-21-13 on warrants for violation of District Court conditions. Elliott was held without bond.
Jamar James Brooks of Glen Burnie, arrested 5-22-13 on a warrant for violation of probation. Brooks was held without bond.
Harris Von-Russell Purnell Jr. of Salisbury, arrested 5-25-13 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Purnell was held on a $500.00 bond.
Jeremy Lee Reynolds, and Matthew Gray Meekins both from North Carolina, arrested 5-30-13 for possession of suspected heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were released on a unsecured $10,000 bond. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies on Ocean highway, Princess Anne. Deputies recovered packs of suspected heroin, and several syringes.
Russell Coleman of Baltimore, arrested 5-30-13 on a warrant for violation of probation. Coleman was held on a $25,000 bond.
Zahid Mirz of Princess Anne, criminal summons served for disorderly conduct. Mirz was released on signature pending court actions.
Stephon Montell Holloway-Smith of Salisbury, arrested 6-4-13 on warrants for theft less than $1,000. Holloway-Smith was later released on personal recognizance.
Dontez Vonell Gerald of Crisfield, arrested 6-4-13 on two warrants for failing to appear in court. Gerald was later released after posting bond.
Elwood Henery Morris Jr. of Princess Anne, arrested 6-5-13 on a warrant for violation of probation. Morris was later held without bond.
Kenneth Leon Collins of Princess Anne, arrested 6-6-13 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Collins was held on a $500.00 bond.
