Clearly there's a huge difference between public access television and main stream media, no question about it. Phil was a perfect gentleman who didn't attempt to throw a curve ball.
His questions were spot on and well thought out, I appreciate that very much.
In the near future my interview will air along with Jim Ireton's interview. One thing is certain, this is going to be the interview you'll NOT want to miss. I call it, hitting the ball out of the park.
Once we have the dates of these interviews we'll publish them for your viewing pleasure and I strongly encourage all of you to please watch. Many of you have asked about my platform and where I stand on many issues, most everything comes out in this interview.

Phil has a way of making everyone feel easy, he's an easy man to talk to, nice guy.
Lets procede with caution Joe.Lets hope PBS keeps the lid on the issues until the proper time.Leaks are not uncommon with the ditry dozen still around.

I am married to a WOMAN, Jennifer. Together we have five boys and three Grandchildren.
Phil has always been a stand up guy, a true gentleman.

Phil has always seemed to be a gentlemen when dealing with the public. Been a good citizen and public servant.
It's bad enough that we have gays teaching our children in school but, leading policy for a city is just too much. How long will it be before Boy Scout Leaders are given the right to which children are in their "pack"? We need to reverse the trend towards having abnormal families replacing God given normal family relationships. Go Mr. Albero!
Joe - you had better be very careful around Phil Tilghman. He is a democrat and one who has little or no qualms about raising your taxes.
If my memory serves me - Phil was the chairman for the democratic central committee. I would keep one hand trained on him and one hand in trying to protect my hip pocket.
Yeah remember the taxes he raised.
Phil Tilghman is very nice, but he was one of the people who gave Salisbury "the Dream Team" of Dunn, Comegys and Cathcart.

Joe's wife is beautiful and sweet. I met her once. Very gentle way about her.
