Where is daily times located at now? I'm tired of these freaking newspapers in my driveway. I'm gonna go throwit in their driveway.

Write them a letter, offering a "newspaper disposal service." For $1000, you will dispose of each newspaper that they place on your property to help them deal with unsold newspapers.
Each time you find a newspaper, take a picture. Send them an invoice which states that the newspaper has been properly disposed, the banner of the front page (which they use to credit stores for unsold papers), the picture of where you found their newspaper, and a copy of your original letter and delivery confirmation.
Take them to small claims court when the payment due is worth your while. Lawyers are not able to represent them, and if they don't show up it's a default judgment.
