TWO ADDITIONAL SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN SALISBURY MURDER


(SALISBURY, MD) – Maryland State Police have arrested two additional suspects in connection with the murder and attempted murder of two Wicomico County men ten days ago.

Those arrested are identified as Sazon Porter, 19, of the 700-block of Dennis Street, Salisbury, Md., and Marquavis D. McCuller, 18, of the 600-block of Coleman Lane, Millsboro, Del. After consultation with the Wicomico County State’s Attorney’s Office, both have been charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, armed robbery, first degree assault, second degree assault, use of a handgun during the commission of a felony, wearing/carrying a handgun, attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, attempted armed robbery, attempted first degree assault, and attempted second degree assault.

Sazon Porter was arrested by members of the Maryland State Police State Apprehension Team on the evening of November 2, 2012, while walking along a Salisbury Street. He is being held in a county detention center.

Marquavis McCuller was arrested by members of the Maryland State Police State Apprehension Team, Delaware State Police, and Millsboro Police last night at his residence in Millsboro, Del. He is currently being held in Delaware. Maryland State Police are initiating extradition proceedings to return him to Maryland.

The additional suspects were arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of Andreas Aquiler, 23, and the attempted murder of Edgar Alvardo, 16, both of whom were shot outside a home in the 1000-block of Margaret Street, Salisbury, late on October 28, 2012. Three suspects were arrested and charged previously. Investigators with the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit believe that with these two additional arrests, all those involved in the robbery, murder and attempted murder have been arrested and charged.

Let them go. The biggest crook just got re-elected. There is no law of the land any longer.
