Not that uncommon in Europe, although this is a BIG one.
Yeah...and you all complain about taxes now. This would have a price tag of around 500 million. Can't do it with a revenue cap. Deal with the ferry...or drive around. Or better yet...move to delaware and use the woodland ferry that has been closed 5 times as much as it has been open.
