GIULIANI RESPONDS TO BIDEN‘S ’CHAINS’ FLAP: I’VE NEVER SEEN A VP MAKE AS MANY MISTAKES, SAY AS MANY STUPID THINGS

Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday told a group of voters in Virginia that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney was “gonna’” put them all back in chains.
Unsurprisingly, the VP‘s hyperbolic rhetoric hasn’t gone over too well with the right-leaning community. Indeed, during a Tuesday broadcast of The Kudlow Report, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani had nothing but scorn for the “chains” remark.
“You know, what did he say? ‘Y’all going to be put back in chains’? That almost has racial overtones, Rudy Giuliani. What’s your take on that?” CNBC’s   Larry Kudlow asked the former mayor.

Giuliani says Biden's not too bright; certainly has been an understatement of the obvious. Also speaks to why Obama put him on the ticket. Not only would a bright person not run with him, he wouldn't want anyone with any intelligence discovering how bad he really is.

i watched and listened to what joe biden said and i cannot believe that he was able to say that and not get run out of the building. what he said is so ultra-offensive to black and white, liberal and conservative it is unimaginable.

Can we take a chance on Biden ending up as the President should Obama be killed.

The question being asked is..why is there no outrage from what is called the main stream media over Biden's comment (or any of his prior gaffes)?

The answer is that it's expected of him. He's a buffoon and can't control what comes out of his mouth.

He's the crazy uncle everyone knows. It's just Joe being Joe.

No accountability. It's always been that way with him.

Obama surrounds himself with hacks so he looks better. Kind of like that above average looking gal who's got a group of uglier girlfriends.

Rudy is just use to the opposite situation...in the former administration the dummy was President and the smart guy was V.P.

George Bush provided comedians and the world with much more laughter than Joe Biden ever did. Where was this same uproar when Rick Perry had that epithet painted on the rock at his ranch in Texas? Further, I guess John McCain played the "I've got a dummy so I look better" strategy with Sarah Palin...and boy did she make him look smart:)

J.I.

Do you now how to pilot an F-102 fighter jet? There were no dummies in the pilot seat of that aircraft.
You are right though, Cheney was a pretty clever V.P. too.

Didn't Biden have BRAIN surgery?
I guess that is what turned him into a filthy rich racist bigot?

It was not only Bush but also McCain who warned the democrats that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were heading for disaster and wanted an investigation done. The dumbocrats through Barney Frank said all was fine with both organizations and refused. Had the dumbocrats listened to Bush and McCain this econonic mess could have been averted.
Who are the dumb ones?

The picture of Rudy says it all...you simply can't believe what comes out of Biden's mouth..it is so shocking, it makes you grab your head and the asprin bottle. He just needs to be floated off to sea along with obama without any chance of returning.
