Salisbury Police Department Press Releases 7-31-12

Booby Terrell Manuel, 25yoa of Salisbury, MD was arrested July 27, 2012 and charged with Driving without a License, Possession of Fake CDS and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.

On July 27, 2012
at 0231hrs Salisbury Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at E. Church St. and E. Railroad Ave.

During the traffic stop, officers determined that the operator of the vehicle, Manuel, did not possess a valid driver’s license.

Manuel was placed under arrest for Driving without a License.

Officers searched Manuel incident arrest and located an amount of fake crack cocaine on his person.

Manuel was released to Central Booking.

On July 30, 2012 at approximately 2:40 A.M. officers of the Salisbury Police Department responded to the 300 block of Brooklyn Ave. in reference to a burglary. The residents were alerted by a loud noise and determined that the rear door had been forced opened. The suspects had stolen several items and fled the scene. The investigation revealed that one the suspects had left a back pack inside the residence. Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division followed up on the case and were able to recovered some of the stolen property and identify the
suspects.

Kardin Markin Strong, 18 years of age
Salisbury, Maryland
Tamir Juan Armour, 22 years of age
Salisbury, Maryland

Charges: First Degree Burglary, Third Degree Burglary, Fourth Degree Burglary, Theft Less $1,000, Malicious Destruction of Property

Disposition: Released to Central Booking
