Yes, one time. And I got chosen for a bogus case. People always want money.

3 sat on a trial that lasted a week.most were plea bargins...

Second time will be in July. Not very convenient for those who work. I'm not sure why they can't get people who collect unemployment to serve since they don't have to call out for work.

When the people in charge before the new lady I used to be called every time I was eligable...I ask why..I was told people are chosen at random.
Something fishy there. That lady was brought upon charges of being a thief..they would not let me be on that jury. Have only been called once.
I dont mind doing my duty but please be fair about it!

I sat on a jury once. It was a prostitution case. She was guilty.

If I get called they are guilty.

43 and never called. Random calling is bs. Some people I know have been called multiple times.

Way too many times. Random...pfffft! You can never get excused, judges are stupid! Thay'd rather enforce their power than follow some common sense. People shouldn't be forced to serve. I get called, they're all innocent. Don't call me.

When I worked full time over 37 years i served at least 10 times and was picked for trials everytime. Last time called about 3 years ago I made it clear it better be my last. I think everyone should serve at least once just so they know what really happens, not like tv and movies.
