Congratulations to the Bailey family!!
BM2 Bailey is a E-5 Boatswain's Mate Second Class in the U.S. Coast Guard. I'm guessing he is a local kid that either graduated from here or his family is from here? I see this story being posted for him, his friends, and family; not for you 7:48. Noone cares if you care.
