Do you have to live in Worcester County to be able to take your dog or cat to the clinic?

I'd be very wary of these clinics. A good friend of mine took her cat to one of these clinics last year to have her spade. The incision opened up and she ended up spending over $600.00 in vet bills, while the cat was wrapped up in bandages because they said they couldn't resew the orginal surgical site. The cat almost died! It took months for the cats incision to heal. Thank goodness it did because she is a beautiful, loving cat!

Well your friend didn't take her to a Worcester County Clinic because they just started holding them this year.

I'd still be wary! It may be the same vet doing them!
The Wicomico Humane Society told her there was nothing they could do for the cat even though they sponsored the clinic!
That's just not right!
If you're interested in getting your pet spayed or neutered, you should take them to the vet where you know it will be a VET doing the surgery and not some lesser individual from a vet office. Find out exactly who is doing them and research them BEFORE you take your pet in!
Maybe Worcester County will do a better job, or maybe not but I'd suggest people have the information they need BEFORE hand!
