A federal appeals court says illegal immigrants don't have a right to own firearms under the U.S. Constitution.
Emmanuel Huitron-Guizar of Wyoming pleaded guilty to
being an illegal immigrant in possession of firearms after his arrest
last year. He was ordered held by immigration authorities at the Natrona
County Detention Center in Wyoming.
An attorney for Huitron-Guizar appealed the case,
saying illegal immigrants are not excluded from possessing firearms like
felons and people who are mentally ill, and should have the same rights
as U.S. citizens to buy a gun for hunting and protection.

The part in the constitution where it refers to UNITED STATES CITIZENS. So you know, the entire thing.
By the way, God did not create guns, scientists and people did.
So it is not a god-given right.
Actually nothing is a god-given right, he is just a higher power that some people look to for direction in life. I have no issue with that, but dont take away from people who put in hard labor and work in order to invent things in this world that we use.
Umm...isn't entering the country illegally a Felony? So the absurd argument is that his client was not a felon until he pleaded guilty to a felony, though he knew he was committing a felony?
Why did we even waste the money on the courts for this? He is ILLEGAL when he shows up deport his illegal butt back to where he came from.

Felons cannot own firearms. Illegally being in this country is a felony. The law is very clear. If he wishes to stop being a felon, he can leave this country abd own all the stupid guns that wherever he is from will allow him.
