Woman Killed Hours After Husband's Release

The victim in Tuesday’s fatal shooting in Kensington was killed by her estranged husband just hours after her he was released from jail, where he was being held for violating a protective order, police said.

This is the very reason why judges should not be given a raise and the money spent on a judicial overhaul review.

It's Texass not maryland. What makes you think she couldn't exercise her rights?

ASSUMING of course, she even owned a gun.

The protective orders are there so that the courts/law enforcement can say they did their job after this type of incident occurs!
