Nominations are being accepted for the 2012 Outstanding Public Health Leader award. This award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the public health of the citizens of Wicomico County. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday, April 2, 2012.
Nominations can be submitted online at http://www.wicomicohealth.org/index.asp?pageId=204 or call (410) 334 – 3480 to obtain nomination forms.
All nominations are due by Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
