Laurel, DE – The Delaware State Police have arrested five people after the culmination of a several month investigation into illegal drug sales from a Laurel home.

On Friday March 2nd, the Sussex County Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Sussex County Governor’s Task Force, Criminal Investigations Unit, and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team, conducted a series of search warrants on East Trap Pond Road and Laurel Road in Laurel.

During the execution of the first search warrant on East Trap Pond Road, Detectives made contact with David Vasquez, Shannon Ferenc, Millard C. Johnson 4th, and Christina S. Johnson who were all taken into custody. Upon conducting a search of the residence, Detectives located heroin, drug paraphernalia, and over $600.00 in drug proceeds.

A search warrant was also conducted at an address on Laurel Road where Frank Pavlovic was contacted and taken into custody. Detectives located more drug paraphernalia along with a locked safe.

Detectives executed a second search warrant on the residence on East Trap Pond Road in order to seize keys that matched the safe. Detectives were then able to open the safe and locate approximately 19 grams of heroin, 33 Oxycodone pills, and $5,000.00 in suspected drug proceeds.

All suspects were charged with the above listed crimes and committed to Department of Corrections with the exception of Christina Johnson who was released on an unsecured bail.

Millard Johnson was also wanted out of Troop 4 in Georgetown for Theft of Firearms and other charges stemming from an incident that occurred on Woodland Ferry Road on February 8, 2012.
